President
LaTasha Murray, President of Project Salvation, is from Red Springs and is married to Bishop Fredrick Murray and they have 3 children and six grands. She is a graduate of North Carolina Central University and Walden University. She has been employed with RHCC for 20 years and serves on several community boards including NC Prevention Providers Association and Robeson Community in Schools, She also serves as an Executive Team Member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. the Lambda Eta Zeta Chapter. LaTasha is a consecrated Mother with the United America Free Will Baptist Denomination, is a Missionary and Christian Education Leader. Her greatest passion is working with Youth.
LaTasha is a visionary public health leader, researcher, and community advocate. With a Master of Public Health and a heart for community impact, She is a trusted grant writer, program strategist, and speaker. Whether facilitating workshops, delivering motivational messages, or guiding public health initiatives, she brings clarity, compassion, and conviction to every space she enters.
LaTasha Murray is a woman of wisdom, faith, and purpose called to empower, encourage, and educate God’s people. With a heart for serving everybody LaTasha uses both her public health expertise and her spiritual gifts to uplift those navigating life’s hardest seasons. She believes in the power of healing not just in the body, but in the mind and soul. Whether teaching, speaking, or simply sharing her time, LaTasha reminds us all that when faith and purpose collide, transformation happens. A woman walking in purpose and making it look graceful, powerful, and personal. She doesn’t just talk about the problem She writes the grant, build the program, and shift the narrative while giving God all the Glory!! She is “Faith strong. Purpose loud. Impact heavy.”

Kary Wilkins

Kary Wilkins, Chaplain of Project Salvation, is an Ordained Bishop in the Church of God and currently serves as the Associate Pastor of Rock Church of God in Lumberton NC. Kary has a passion to win the lost and preach the Gospel. He also is the Agency Owner of Kary Wilkins Insurance group which serves the community by educating them about the importance of life insurance.
Kary is married to his beautiful wife, Jessica, of twenty-two years and they have two daughters and one son. His favorite bible verse is Rom 8:28 “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.”

Donna Townsend is married to David has a son, Andrew, and a granddaughter, Riley. She is lifelong native of St. Pauls and has served Jesus Christ at Rozier Baptist Church in Lumberton for the past 35 years. Among her many roles at Rozier, she has served as Youth Leader and Sunday School Teacher.

Tara Rozier
Board Member
Tara Rozier lives in St. Pauls, North Carolina, and serves as a school nurse with the Public Schools of Robeson County. She is married to her husband, Dimitric, and is a proud mother of two daughters, Taryn and Brae.
A devoted member of Cedar Grove Missionary Baptist Church, Tara serves as a deaconess and is actively involved in several ministries. She has a deep passion for working with youth, particularly through her role as youth choir director and in other youth-centered programs where she mentors and ministers to children in meaningful ways.
Beyond her church and professional work, Tara is committed to outreach and service throughout her community, reflecting her heart for people and her dedication to making a positive difference.
